I recently recieved a mated pair of cockatiels, they had 6 eggs in the cluch one egg had a hole in it so I opened it and there was a fully formed chick in it but the chick was dead.

The second one hatched out sometime in the night and fell through the bottom grate, I was able to keep it alive for a few hours by keeping it in a warmed towel but it also died.

Has anyone ever taken care of a new hatchling and gotten it to live?

When my brother in law first met our dog Brodie(border collie mix)He(my brother-in-law) had just been to a friends house who had goats....Brodie has been afraid of him ever since! Every time he visits, Brodie shakes and hides in our room. He also pees if he sees him. Brodie is a rescued dog and we believe he was abused by his previous owners. We are thinking that maybe he lived where there were goats....now he is relating that smell with my brother in law. Any advice on the steps to take to make him more comfortable???

I have a cat but I don't know the cat's breed. It has dark brown stripes on its face and light brown stripes on its legs. Its tail is turning into a light brown color. The rest of the body is white. Can someone please tell me the cat's breed?

My dog is 7 to 8 months old. We just got him Monday. We were told that he was part collie/ part German Sheppard. but i don't think so. Can anyone tell what he is?? (he has spots on his feet and nose too)

Hello, I was thinking of getting a 13 foot Albino Burmese Python or a 7 Foot Anaconda. I read some stuff online, about how "Dangerous" a albino is, I realize they do pose a threat but I know have of the stuff I read is ******** written by snake haters. Heres a sample "Why would you want to care for a 89 million foot snake that craps and pees big and lives really lo0o0ong!?"
I have read some real facts as well, I want to ask what should I get? (PS: I may be 14 but I am not a begginner in the snake game ;)

I've got a 7 1/2 month old spayed female kitten. Recently, she has been pooping in a corner of the living room. I clean the trays frequently as 3 kittens share two trays. She has been fine sharing the tray with the other 2 kittens (8wks & 12 wks).
I'm considering getting ANOTHER tray but they all share it and go in either tray so I don't see how getting another tray is going to help.
Any suggestions on how to prevent her going poop in the living room?

Also, her stools are runny (like diarrheoa), I feed her Purina ONE kibble and Whiskas we food. She is over-weigh so I will be going to the vet in a day or two to pick up some Royal Canin kibble. Any suggestions on how to get her stools a bit firmer? They are very runny.

I found this pregnant cat a while back and now shes had the kittens. She had them under my bed, which is NOT the cleanest place. Now one of them is kind of panting, like shes having a hard time breathing. My mom thinks it might be a respatory infection, and if it is that what should I do? Is there anything I can do to help them, like maybe with a home remedy or something? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

i have a 10 gal. tank purchased as a kit,standard bulb.not sure of watts,as is not printed on bulb.only 1 small tiger oscar.willing to buy better lighting.not a fan of ordering plants on line because i did and they died.ease of care is important,i am not a green thumb.

For the past few weeks, my dog's been barking through the night non stop. Recently I've purchased a a dog collar that shocks the dog everytime it barks, but I couldn't help worry that my dog will be uncomfortable through the night. Any other ideas to keep the dog quiet?

I have 2 cats, one female and one male. I still have yet to get my male fixed but I'm working on it. It will have to be after Christmas, just too much going on right now. Anyway, last night I wake up to this ungodly sounding scream coming from the dining room window where they both like to sit and look outside. I thought it was the male raping the female but she is fixed and I've never seen him actually try to do anything to her like that. Anyway, I ran in the room and see what was going on and the male is falling out of the window onto the floor and the female is in the window screaming at a cat that is outside. What in the world was she doing by acting that way? She never acted that way before when she saw another cat. She's an inside cat and doesn't see many other cats but still, what was the reason behind all the commotion?

My female german shepherd dog recently had a litter of 8 puppies and she was 1yr 6mths when she got pregnant. The problem is that she seems like she has to goto the bathroom way to often, before her pregnancy she never went in the house ever. Now it seems like if she doesnt get let out about every 3 hours she will go to the bathroom right in the house. She knows she is bad because when I come in the house and she has done something she will cower and shake and ect. I have tried spanking her and verbal yelling but nothing is seeming the work. What is causing these problems it is horrible. The puppies are 2 weeks at the moment.
PLEASE HELP ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
