Its scales are even fluffy, what is the cause and the cure for it?

It's called bloat...there is medication for it...but you have to get it fast!!!!

It's kidney failure. Fish pee about a third of their body weight per day and when the kidneys aren't working well, fluid builds up and they swell up. It's typically called dropsy. It's most likely already too late.

If they're pale, then he's in organ failure and the kindest thing you can do is to help him go out peacefully.

If the gills aren't pale, and he's still eating, I'd try medicated food (preferably metromeds). If you don't have metromeds on hand, you could try the jungle antibacterial food combined with jungle fungus eliminator. They both contain nitrofurazone which is an antibiotic. You'd want to treat in a hospital tank tho. I would not use kanamycin because it's potentially nephrotoxic. If he's not eating, I'd go with maracyn Plus bath in a hospital tank.

It sounds like Dropsy. With dropsy the scales will stick out, almost like pinecones. You need to get medication for it. Go to your local pet shop and find out what they sell in your area. There are several broad spectrum antibiotics used to treat this disease. Remove to remove your carbon from your filters while treating with any medication, as the carbon will just absorb it at render it useless. After treatment do a partial water change and put new carbon back into your filter pads. HTH Hope your fish gets better.

It is bloat and you do have to get the medicine for it FAST
You need to feed better kind of food if the fish lives
I feed mine Koi food from the pet shop or order online from Ebay - Tetra Koi sticks
