I have 3 MiniSchnauzers and they all get schnauzer bumps-Why and is there anything I can do to get rid of them or keep them from getting them?

I want to catch them without hurting or scaring them, but currently I catch them by placing treats in a box, and hope they jump in. Unfortunately, they're not cooperating, so are there any other methods?

I'm doing this since the weather is getting a little chilly (30-40 degrees), so they can be warm inside. But if worst comes to worst, can I leave them outside?

I have a male kitty that needs to be fixed but I haven't done it yet. He's really playful and actually too much so. He bites and terrorizes my other cat. I'm wondering what the chances are that he will stop this bad behavior after he gets neutered.

I just happened to read the answers to the other questions posted here and since i too have a fish tank i would like to know 2-3 things
1. my tank lights are always on 24 hrs - last 4 years or so... do i need to put them off in the nights - i put them off only while cleaning the fishtank which depends on how dirty the water looks.
2. i have 3 big catfishes and and 3-4 fishes of the goldfish variety, i just read about the sucker ( plecostomus ) cleaning the tanks... can i add that to my fish tank, earlier i had many fishes goldfish, suckers, angel fish but they all died one by one.
3. I also read about people adding snails and frogs to their fish tanks... tell me how helpful would that be

I used to live on a farm and we had several outdoor cats. There was one large tomcat who would regularly mount and hump other boy cats. Can't cats smell the difference between boys and girls? The boy cats often didn't fight back and just laid there. What's the deal with that?

It does not bother him when touched, he acts normal. Beagle 11 months old. The pimple has no white ooze or anything. Size is about quarter inch. I will monitor for a day to see if it get bigger and will take to the vet.

My pair have layed an egg. But, there's a problem. The female layed and egg in the hole but the egg is gettin moved outside from the hold and on to plain and flat part of the nestbox. What should I do to prevent it or is it ok if i just keep it like that? Please respond to me quickly!

One more thing, I put paper towel in there but they removed it.
And, this is their first egg in this clutch.

Our vet told us to buy timothy hay pellets for out bunnies, so that's what we buy. It doesn't have anything else in it; only the pellets.
We recently found another kind of food that has the timothy hay pellets plus dried veggies and maybe nuts and fruits. I'm wondering if it's unhealty or fattening to feed a rabbit that kind of food every day. They each only get 1/4 cup of pellets, along with their other foods, each day. I also read that feeding them pellets mixed with other things can lead to pickiness and not eating some parts of the pellets.
Any advice would be appreciated. :)

I have like 4 gold fish and when I go to feed them they start to dance when they see me...For some strange reason one day I put my hand in the tank and they swam up to my hand and would let me pet them....now they expect it and are unhappy if I am not petting them....is there something wrong with me or my fish?

These cats and kittens are living under a retirement home that will soon be bulldozed down in Port Richey, Florida. There are about a dozen cats and kittens all together. I have notified many shelters in the area and they all tell me they don't have room for that many cats. Besides, none of them will guarantee me that the cats will be kept alive. There must be somebody in Pasco County, Florida who truly rescues cats. I just can't find them! If any of the readers of this plea is from the west Pasco County area, please come and rescue these adorable cats. I will help!

Well, a while back I posted about my cats urinary problem (he wasn't peeing in his box) everyone suggested taking him to the vet, well I did and they said to isolate him and basically retrain him, and they gave him a cortizone shot (he was itching himself raw in spots) and he was fine a few days after, now he won't move, he hasn't eaten in three days, he hasn't pooped (obviously), and his breathing is really fast, he used to run to the door when i came home, now he just lays in the corner and sleeps...so basically does anyone know if a cortizone shot (or Frontline flea medicine, 'cause i put that on the back of his neck too) can have an adverse affect?? Help!!

My cousin has a cat and he said that if the cat stays in all the time, never gets out (they have a baby gate and everything to prevent him from getting out) and there are no other cats, the cat won't spray to mark his territory, because there are no other cats. But I say that the cat will, because it is just there nature. Who is right?

Two questions:
Does anyone know any cool cat tricks and how to teach them to your cat?
When I put a leash and harness on my cat, he won't walk and therefor I assume he doesn't like it. Can you teach your cat to get used to it, or will he never want to be on a leash?
