My neighbor down the street wants to artificially inseminate his Great Pyrenees B i t c h from my other neighbor's Pug!! They think they'll get rich making some new "designer dog". It just sounds awful to me, is there any legal way I can stop them?

They're pretty determined... at first they wanted to borrow T-Bone for the Pyrenees, thinking he could manage it with the artifice... but I said no way...

First of all, these two clowns would have to find a vet willing to go through with this. The cost alone of professional help will likely stop this goofy plan.
Should they decide to go it alone without a vet, the chances are that they won't succeed anyways. AI's can be pretty tricky with the correct timing and placement.
So you can probably relax and laugh at them when you hear their plans for great riches!
And, unfortunately, no, there is no legal way to stop them from this idiotic plan.
Should they actually succeed in producing a litter of pups, the very low response they will get for such a pathetic mixture of breeds won't likely draw much interest, certainly not from people willing to spend a ton of money on a pup. There won't be a second breeding.
I'm praying there won't be a first litter, though!

Oh the poor idiots! Since when did mutts become designer dogs anyway & who would pay more than $5 for one? I cringe whenever I see mutts for 6 or 7 hundred bucks & the fools who actually pay for them. Been happening for years, ever since the "cockapoo." Some folks never learn.
