He has huge bumps in his cheek and I don't know what to do

Have you tried removing the tick with a tweasers? He could be having a bad reaction and needs to go to the vet, regardless of money.

Don't listen to the ones that say to use tweezers first. You NEVER use tweezers because the head may break off. Use some kind of oil or vaseline and cover the tick and they will back out themselves and THEN grab them with tweezers.

A tick wont cause multiple bumps. You value the dog and wouldnt want him to suffer right? Take him to the damn vet and give up a few of your daily "luxuries" like fast food to pay for it.
He has to rely on you. Don't let him down.

You can afford 40 bucks a month for internet, but you can't afford the 25 dollar base fee to see a vet. Shame on you.

If your positive it's a tick then do 1 of 2 things. Use tweezers to go in and get it, or light a match and let it burn for a few seconds, then soon as you blow it out put it right on the tick. When my dog had a tick I used tweezers, it was easier. Good luck

Bathe ur dog and do not rinse the soap. Let it stay so the ticks will just die. Repeat the procedure 3 times a week

It will need to be removed. Check with your local vets they may have a payment plan. DO NOT use tweezers!!!

Please take him to a doctor. Don't feel bad about not having money to take him to a doctor, I had that problem before.
If you can't take care of him give him to someone who can. It will hurt, but God will bless you for doing what is right. I know that you don't want your baby to suffer. Keep your head up o.k!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your best bet is to get a match and try to burn it to death, Then when your better with money you can have the dead what ever part of the body removed (All I could think of)

nail polish remover on a Q tip applied to the tick will kill it. Then remove it slowly and carefully with a tweezer.
