Ya no when a couple dogs run along ether side of a fence back, forth back and forth.

Does anyone no how I can get my dogs to stop that?

You can stop it by using the back yard mostly for playing with your dog or doing activities with the family, dog included. Dogs get bored and if they spend a lot of time in the yard alone they will bark, run the fence line, dig, etc.
Try taking your dog for a couple of good walks daily. At least one fairly long one anyway.

They could be bored and/or under-exercised. Do they get enough exercise outside of the yard? You could also try keep them entertained with sturdy rope toys or Kongs, or other such fun toys. If they are too tired from play/walks or there is something more fun to do, they may stop :)
