here is the answer for that
ust this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

I went to a Lutheran grade school. One year, someone in my class asked the teacher if animals go to heaven and he said no. They do not have souls. Only humans were given souls.

Personally, I think animals deserve souls far more than people do. To me, it just wouldn't be "heaven" without animals there.

A couple years ago, I was doing my internship for school, working for a veterinarian. A client asked the vet if he thought animals go to heaven. His comment was along the lines of, "If they don't, it won't matter much, once we get there." Meaning that we'll all be at peace and perfectly happy, even without animals there. There will be no sorrow or regret.
I have a feeling that he's probably right.

I believe God is kind and good. I don't think He would overlook our furry friends.

That is a matter of debate. I, personally, believe they will be there. Heaven is supposed to be a place where there are no tears... and it is mentioned that "the Lion shall lay down with the Lamb" so, if some animals, why not all? Dogs bring love and happiness, and they are His creation too... I see no logical reason for them not to be there. Nowhere in the Bible does it say yea or nay. But it DOES say there will be a "new heaven and a new earth". I think that animals wilkl be included.

A man, named George, died. As his spirit was leaving his body, his faithful dog who had passed a long time ago was suddenly there, by his side. They were on a road and a short distance ahead, there was this beautiful shining wall that seemed to be make of jeweled mother of pearl. There was an entrance with two massive golden gates. George approached the gates and they opened. Another person was standing at the entrance and said, "Come in." The man and his dog stepped forward, but the attendant cautioned him that no animals were allowed to enter the premises. George said, "Well, I'm not coming in, if my dog isn't welcome too."

With that, he turned and walked on down the road for quite a distance....just him and his dog...they were getting tired, when he saw a farm on the side of the road. It was a peaceful looking place with meadows of flowers and birds going off as far as the eye could see. There was a someone sitting there, under a tree, and he looked quite relaxed.

George walked over to the person sitting under the tree, and asked if he and his dog could rest there for a while in the shade. "Sure," the other replied, 'And there is a bowl over by the well, if you would like to give your dog drink."

The man who had been relaxing under the tree went into the house and brought out some refreshments for the visitor and his dog and they spent a pleasant afternoon chatting about the life this man had lived and his pleasant memories he had about his dog, and how happy he was to be reunited with his dog.

It was getting late, and so, George felt he should be moving on. After all, this stranger had been kind enough to feed them and spend an afternoon listening to his lifetime of memories. So George got up and prepared to leave. He hated to go. This place was so serene and he felt so at home. He thanked the man for his kindness. He didn't know where he was going to go, but he knew he at least had his faithful friend by his side.

In an off-handed way, he decided he'd better find out just what the name of this place was, so he asked. "Well," replied his new acquaintance, "This is heaven."

"But," said George, "That place down the road...." Yup, said the man, "you'd be surprised how many dogs wander in here alone."

I hope I told it right. The first time I heard that story, I cried.

According to the Rainbow Bridge, they do. I believe it too. God will make sure that everything we need to make us happy will be there with us in heaven. The presence of my beloved pets will make me very happy, so, I beleive they will be waiting for me in heaven.

Yes, they do. Animals have souls just as we do...their souls just occupy a body with a different level of self-awareness and evolution. They'll be there waiting for us when we cross over. Saint Francis of Assissi wouldn't bother with animals if they were soulless beings. Who can look into the eyes of an animal and not see their soul? They'll be there in Heaven...or I'm not going!

Well if you believe what John Edward tells us then yes, they do. I'm a bit worried actually, So far I've had 13 cats, 11 ferrets, 4 or 5 rabbits, and countless guinea pigs. I think I could be spending eternity clearing up animal poop.

YES. Just because they are a different species doesnt mean they dont go to heaven!!! We will see our old pets up there when the time comes.

So its not much of a loss when a pet dies. They go to a better place!
