I occasionally give my cat canned cat food once a week however I needed room in my refrigerator so I gave him a who can in a two day period bc I needed to make room in my fridge. Ever since then (this was 3 days ago) he has been expecting me to feed him canned cat food and he won't touch his dry cat food! I come home from work at night and he meows and meows and hasn't eaten a bite of his reg. cat food I filled up before work! Then in the middle of the night, he wakes me up by biting my leg thinking I'm going to get up and feed him canned food! I just don't have the money to feed him canned food everyday. What should I do?

i dont know why but i sometimes act like a Wolf. i have erges to fight and i dont really live peacefuly with my one dog *pomeranian* but i live peacfully with my Husky *part wolf* they are the same age and it is creeping me out.

and when im walking my Husky, if we see a dog, somehow my eyes are fixed on it. and my friends say i have good hearing, *one day my friend was in the car with her mom and she said normally to her mom "look mom there is my friend" and it was LOUD so i turned to look at her and she looked at me and told me that she said it normaly.

its weird because when i run, i sometimes run on 4 legs *on my hands and feet* and my but isnt sticken up in the air or anything, my friends say i run EXACTLY like a wolf.

and my hands automaticly "fold" like paws when i run.


please dont tell me to go see a phiciatrest.


PS. im 14, i dont "play" wolves, its creepin me out.

..i cant lock her in the laundry as she will scratch the door and wake up the kids....she sleeps on my bed but purposely taps at the blinds to wake us up to go out...we do have a kitty litter box in the laundry but she doesnt want to use it anymore....

His name is so lame it is Ching and I'm not even sure if HE is a HE because the store lady couldnt tell me because he is so young!!

I feel sad because I've been calling HIM a HIM and if HE isnt a HIM then I'll feel sad that I've been calling HIM that and I dont know If I could feel the same way if I found out HE was a girl??

she and my other chihuahua got stuck like last week...lol a good 5 times anyway but she is small. and im scared that she will have complications during her labor. well i just got a new poodle puppy and i am just want to make sure that some things are normal. she is healthy and all but when she sleeps a lot she twitches and shakes like if someone was having a sesiour i think that it would be normal but i just want to get second thoughts on it is it like a bad dream or something i just want to wake her up if it is but yet she needs the sleep

My dog is about 59 days along in her pregnancy. i was just wondering if she was going to have her puppies soon? I heard that they will have a discharge before they have them so i was just wondering. No im not goin to call the vet its not important shes not bleeding so it couldnt wait for monday to ask them.When she was leaking on my bed it was about the size of a cotton ball. She is now in her whelping box so i dont know if she is still leaking or not.

As many of you may of may not know... our dog is almost 16 years old. How much longer do you think he will be with us? My hubby and I crack jokes at him, but we do love the little booger.
He's very spry and spiffy, but is now deaf as a doornail and getting blinder by the minute. He's half lhasa and half yorkie. Cute little muttly.
We ponder over what we will do when he leaves us. But when it comes down to it, he's such a staple, we'll just all probably freak.

Right now I have gouramis. I had 2, but 1 died yesterday. I've only had them for about a month. I'm not sure what happened, but I want easier fish to take care of next time. I've heard guppies are fairly easy to take care of, and they are also easy to breed. Is there anything I should know before I get guppies?

I have a seemingly healthy kitty with no wounds. I noticed 3 maggot-like things in the area of his butt today. They were white, about the size of a grain of rice, and could sort of expand and contract themselves. I haven't noticed anything different in his diet or behavior - no excessive scratching, etc. He seems perfectly normal. He spends a lot of time outdoors, and I live in a semi-rural area. Could this be something he picked up outside, or does he have a worm/larvae issue?

I got a 5 month old kitten over a month ago and my dog just seems scared of it. The first couple weeks the dog would follow the kitten around and it seemed interested. Now, whenever I get home the cat starts to pounce on the dog and play with the dog but my dog just sits there. My dog will then start barking at the cat and jump in my lap and the dog will begin to shake somewhat. I don't know what to do.

We have recently moved into a new home, which we are renting. There is a no pets rule, but as I understand under the Fair Housing Act, if someone has a doctors' note/prescription for a companion pet, then the landlord cannot evict you for having a pet inside. Right now, my cat is outside in a makeshift kennel with blankets inside and out, and food, water, and litter. But it is so cold!! And I miss him very much. Is there anywhere to find temporary housing for him until we get things worked out with Idaho Fair Housing?
