My dog has all of a sudden started drooling really bad, she has never drooled like this before. She also threw up and wont eat. we have looked in her mouth, and there is nothing lodged in there or anything. Anybody have an idea what might be wrong?

No stupid replys please.

I'm fostering a cat for our local rescue society. He was abandoned there without helth information, or age. He's middle age I'd say though. He is seriously overweight, I don't know how many pounds specificly, but he's in a dangerous condition. He's also very depressed seeming. He has no interest in his new surroundings, or me or anything at all. What can I do to get him playing with things, or walking around? HELP!

My kitten is eight months old. He's name Is Little JJ. He always hiss and his tail would be standing up. He seems like to be doing that when there's nothing there. He does it at my door and my bed room window everynight. I look and see nothing there. He also does that out side. It's really freakying me out. Or is he just playing. What should I do about this? This is not a joke. Can amials see something that pepole cant. There's nothing there . No anmails or anything. Please help . I need all advice . Thank you.

i use aquasafe in my water and i make sure the temperature is close to what it was before. i also let the water sit before i re-add the fish. my last beta died literally within an hour of the water change. i only had him for 2 weeks and he was fine until i changed the water today. the goldfish that he shares his tank with is fine. i love betas, but something is going on. my parents each have one and they have no problems!

ok, in the mid-western states ppl are killing horses to make dog food and glue. but the way the ppl are killing them are un-human. this problem is mostly in neveda and i live in georgia in a small country town. wat can i do to help?

my kitten got spayed and they said she had a bad urinary tract infection and gave us amoxicillen for her. i heard female cats can get them all the time. how do i reduce the chance of her getting it and how do i tell when or if she has one again?? i cant tell if there's blood in her box. she keeps peeing a little bit on the floor but i dont see any. thanks.

I had a small aqauriam. When it was first bought we had 4 fish, they are guppies. Cinderella, Prince Charming, Ariel, and Jasmine. (My daughter named these fish) Ariel and Jasmine died not long after getting the aquariam, and then a few weeks later Prince Charming committed suicide by climbing underneath the air filter.
A few weeks ago, Cinderella had 4 babies, I never knew she was pregnant. Crush, Flower, Rose, and Nemo. Well things have been going fine, and the fish were in the tank together, Cinderella didn't bother them. I just went to clean the tank for the 2nd time since the babies were born, and when I went to put the oxygen filter back in, I noticed there was rocks in the pipe. I took the fish back out, fixed the pipe, and then put the air filter in. Then I put the fish back. Less than a minute later, all 5 fish were dead, floating upside down...as well as our fake Dollar Store hermit crab. Can someone please tell me what happened?

I just got miniature pinscher about a week ago and I'm paper training her the first day I didn’t have any paper so I laid down an old blanket I didn’t think she would learn so fast now she will only go on the blanket I tried laying paper over the blanket ,or just removing the blanket and she just pees on the carpet any advice

My 4 month old kitten has black wax in one of his ears and He also has that ear kind of bent could this be ear mites or an ear infection? Also does anyone know any remedies? or should I just take him to the vet? Also his other ear a couple days ago had normal wax in it but is now getting black!

I am not sure if a dog can smell something without inhaling minute particles of the substance. In the case of hard drugs like heroin etc, would that mean that the dog has a mild dependency?

Please answer if you know. If it's just guessing, I can guess for myself. Thank you.

today he went and back to the doctors they confirmed the surgery was done all wrong please pray i will have lawyer with me this week, my heart is broken and now $ 7.500
down road im in dept .. i have sold everything i can sell now i need a mircale bye this week.. the humane society call me tonight and they given me a number to call this monday.. my dog going back animal medical center to fix the surgery which was not done right .. please pray he doesnt' lose his little leg

i just got a german shepard/ jack russel mixed puppy. i take him outside whenever after he eats but he is still useing the bathroom in the house. he uses both the house and outside. he will be 6 weeks old next week on wendsday. any suggestions? thanks!!!

My always hangs around me, rather than my spouse or kid and sleeps on me (or next to me) at night & even during the day. I say it's because they're too rough w/him. Could it be something else? (Scent?) I've never been a "cat" person and never "sucked-up" to him (he's a 3-y.o., non-neutered male). Maybe it's 'cos I'm usually the one who feeds him? I'm stumped!

my dog is almost 17 years old now. within the last couple of years things have really started to go downhill for her... she began with a skin disorder that no vet could figure out. i had her on steroids for awhile, which helped a little, but then she started having seizures, so i took her off them. the skin disorder cleared up, but now she has severe cataracts, she is completely deaf and she has arthritis in her rear leg. over the last week or so the arthritis has gotten so bad that she limps when she walks and almost cannot support any weight on that leg. it causes her to fall, and often she can't get up unless i lift her and rub her leg to get her going. usually so good about her bathroom habits, she has begun going wherever she feels like it. she is still a happy dog, she still wags her tail, she still gives and receives affection, but her quality of life is so diminished that i can't help wondering if it's time. she doesn't seem to be in pain, and i can't decide. help!

He's on 16 pills a day right now, 8 in the am and 8 in the pm. He's been really sick lately with a staff infection and skin rashes. Thankfully he's much better, but I have to continue with the antibiotics for 2 weeks. Everytime I try to hide the pill with peanut butter or meat he spits the pill out. I'm getting frustrated!

Yes, Dwarfs can live together, they perfer it if they come from the same litter.
Syrians can NOT live together.
Only use aspen or paperbased bedding.
Never use cotton bed fluff.
Constant breedingis horrible for hamsters.
Hamsters need vet care too.
Don't use runged wheels. Water bowls shouldn't be used.
If hamsters fight sepperate them.Dwarfs and syrians cannot be interbreed.
Dwarfs and syrains cannot be kept togthether. All hamsters need a safe bedding, a wheel, a food dish, water bottle, house, out of cage time, and LOVE!
You shouldn't ever give your hamster a bath unless they need it and you know how to do it. Hamsters love crickits mealworms, and unseasoned boiled chicken.
