I just got miniature pinscher about a week ago and I'm paper training her the first day I didn’t have any paper so I laid down an old blanket I didn’t think she would learn so fast now she will only go on the blanket I tried laying paper over the blanket ,or just removing the blanket and she just pees on the carpet any advice

How will you feel when he decides the blankets on your bed are just as good? Blanket, paper, pee pads, they all teach your dog it is ok to use the house as his toilet. Take him outside and praise/treat.

get rid of the blanket, she will probably continue to use it, or the spot where it was. they make a pee-smelling spray that you can spray on the paper. also available are "wee wee" pads which have a lining so it won't go through to your carpet.
there is always the rub-her-nose-in-it method, but make sure that you catch her in the act. try to startle her so she stops peeing and move her to the spot where you want her to go. and always praise, praise and praise any attempt to pee in the right place.

well since you started with a blanket you keep using it just keep moving the blanket closer to the door until you get the blanket out the door then she will stared going out side

Well remove the blanket.Then buy peepee pads for puppies at your local pet store or at walmart.They have a scent to them that attracts dogs.I swear this will work.

i agree with the second answer. although with the training pads, i tried those with my dog when she was a puppy and she would pee half on and half off the pad. good luck

yeah, teach your dog to go outside to use the bathroom. Paper training your dog is messy and stinky and if you ever want to "unteach her" you may have trouble
