No, once the dogs mate & begin the tie, it is just mother nature's way of helping to ensure that she does get pregnant. However, if she was not bred at the right time of her cycle, was allowed to urinate soon after mating, the dog does not have viable sperm, or a number of other reasons, she may not concieve.
Also, it is recommended that she be mated at least twice, one day apart from each other.
To make sure that you bred at the optimum time, you shoud have been doing hormone level blood tests with your vet, which will let you know when she was ovulating (mating should take place 2 days after that). If you have not done this, it is too late now, but if she stood well for the dog, chances are she is at a good time for breeding.
There is a test that can be done by your vet (not sure if it is a blood draw or urine analysis) approximately 4 weeks post-mating that can confirm a pregnancy, as well as x-rays & ultrasounds.

Well only in so far as the sperm are still trying to fertilize. MInd you another dog can come along and mate with the female again, and he will also tie.
Also if the sperm arent strong the female will not be pregnant.
Many dogs can mate with the one female and only some sperm will successfully fertilize

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

to all the people saying that you spay or neuter dogs then you should do the same to humans cause there are tons of people who have lots and lots of kids who get taken away and end up in a foster home. and youre 100 percent guaranteed to have puppies if they locked properly for a long time.

Not UNLESS you've been incredibly lucky if you want Puppies or unlucky if you dont.

We female animals can only get pregnant under certain conditions.

You dont sound as if you planned this mating before-hand so she probably isnt pregnant at all but be prepared for a Phantom One.

Very stressful condition for her!

Unless you love puppies or are breeding pedigrees

Not necessarily. This is why when poeple are breeding dogs, they recommend at least two good ties. A lock does not guarantee pregnancy unless (joke) your dog tied with the wrong breed and you didnt want mixed puppies.
