I have 3 ferrets, and whenever they first wake up, they shiver like they're cold. Is this normal?

ok so my dog is about 4yrs old. he's outside, he's a male he's the only dog i hav and well he starts crying at about 11:00pm or so at night he goes to my window and starts crying. then he starts howling very loudly... im gettin kinda scared...what can be wrong??? he's not hungry cuz we feed him and like we see that he eats. please i need quick answers....should i take him to a vet??? what should i do??????????????????

Hiya -

I have a three year old minature Poodle who keeps losing weight. I have changed his Diet, given him foods high in fats and carbohydrates and given him four + meals a day all to no avail.
He is a hyperactive dog and seems to feel the cold more than my other dog because he shakes sometimes and he is also a nervous dog and has been nervous for the last 9-12 months when previously he was not like this.
He eats everything is sight. I have caught him hundred of times pinching food off family members plates and polishing off whole dinners with pies, vegetables and potatoes but he is still not gaining weight.
I was told by a previous Vet that he had high Enzyme Levels and a bile acid test was performed which came out normal so that rules out any Liver problems. I took him back to the Vet 2 weeks ago and he was given a course of Oxytet Antibiotics incase he had a bacterial infection and the Vet confirmed he was under weight and advised me to feed him four meals a day.

I'm getting fustrated because I got plenty of answers saying that dry cat food is not good even if it has good stuff in it that cats are meat eaters and that dry food has too many carbs and that it'll leave them dehydrated. then people say that wet food will give cats the runs and is an occasional treat. I want the best 4 my cat in life and in nutrition. So PLEASE help me with the correct facts on the best way to feed my cat nutrtionally. thanks

She likes to lick marshmallow fluff and marshmallows and I let her. She doesn't do anything but lick it, and loves it. I know dogs can't have chocolate, what about cats?

My housemate has two Tibetan spaniels, ages 4 and 5. We need tips on training them NOT to pee in the house! They used to be toilet trained, but following a marriage break-up and a couple of house moves (they're dogs from a broken home) - their standards seem to have slipped somewhat.
We're both out at work during the day and the dogs stay in the kitchen then - by the time we get home we're usually met by several puddles! The dogs are let out in the morning by whoever leaves for work the latest, then again by whoever gets home the soonest.
I'm a cat person so have no idea where to start here! Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

to get over it.Ok short storie then question. We moved to a house the previous renter had a cat he was going to take to the pound I said just leave the cat well feed it.There are lots of cats in the neighborhood,this cat doesnt come in the house , anyway I ended w/ringworm I dont know if it came from "our cat' or neighbor cats . My husband hates cats should I take the cat to the pound or try to find another home for him not noing for sure if he has ringworm my husband wont let me take him to the vet 'sides' we cant afford another vet bill. I have a yorkie whoes under the care of a vet right now. What to do? My 14 year old sort of likes the cat, also she got one spot of wingworm that went away mine spread all over.

I have a HUGE backyard with a pond and everything. My house is really in the woods and my last cat was definitely eaten. Any ideas on how I can get him back? (I tried shaking food/treats, making that kissy sounds and that other like tic tic tic sound, and called his name.. he usually comes with only one, and he didn't with all three).. HELP!!!! ♥♥♥♥
