Frogs eat various insects - in fact, you can buy jars of insects bred especially for pet frogs to eat, at most good pet shops or pet food supplies places - check out your local pet shop.
I don't know what country you're in, but here's a few great sites too -

Frogs feed mostly on live insects, sometimes small fish or crawfish. The really big ones will also eat mice or even baby birds. I'd feed it whatever bugs it'll eat. Some insects give off a bad smell or taste & the frog will probably avoid them. Crickets & grasshoppers are plentiful in most areas & easy to catch, so try those.

Frogs eat other animals, typically bugs and worms. Frogs help humans because they eat so many insect pests. Some large species of frogs, like the African bullfrog, will try to eat just about anything, including other frogs as well as small fish, reptiles, and mammals.

Frogs are pretty simple to feed, they mainly eat worms or different types of bugs. Just dig up some worms for it.

If it is a regular toad or outdoor frog, you might end up killing it by taking it out of it's natural habitat. I used to have a Pac-Man frog, and if fed corrrectly and taken well care of they can get to the size of a plate. We fed him live crickets, and pinky mice.
Good Luck...

Frogs eat bugs, and birds eat bugs/ and little dogs eat liver/
A kid 'ill eat ivy too, Wouldn't you? Shame on me, I couldn't resist. This is the second verse of a very old song. The first verse goes, Mares eat oats, and does eat oats, and little lambs eat ivy. A kid 'ill eat ivy too, Wouldn't you. It is sung very fast and slurred first, ie Marsy dotes, and doesy dotes and little lambsy divy. etc. Then, If the words sound queer, and funny to your ear, a little bit jumbled and jivy , sing -- then the words are sung distinctly. Didn't this make your day?
