What kind of fish is best for me? I am only 12 years old, in school, but seem to have enough time on my hands to take care of pets. Are beta fishies good? What else are good?

I was thinking of getting a Doberman, but don't know that much about them. Are they hyper, loyal to more than one person, lovable, etc.

I have a three year old German Shepard mix who was diagnosed two years ago as having epilepsy, medication seemed to lessen the severity and number of seizures until last Thursday night and now in the past three days she's had at least 15 seizures. What else could be wrong?

I really wanna get a beta fish. Can people please tell me:
1) How to take care of them (how often to change water, how often to give food)
2) How big they get
3) What colors they are
4) ANYTHING ELSE THAT GOES ALONG WITH THESE!!

Thank you in advance!

My bird has these strange "seizues" periodically. He is totally unresponsive - usually, he is very territorial but when he is having a "seizure," he is not and doesn't care if you touch him. When you pick him up, he feels like a dead weight. Usually these seizures last for 10-15 minutes, then he is perfectly normal again. A few nights ago, however, he was thrashing around the bottom of his cage.. he had lost his balance and his head was tilted back. we took him out of his cage and he started closing his eyes and turning his head slightly to the side. We thought this was the end, but he was still breathing. We put him in a shoebox and covered it so he could rest without hurting himself. About an hour later, we heard chirping and he was completely back to normal.

I know something must be wrong with him -- does anybody know what it could be?

I have seen a few grazzing muzzles, and one limits the grass intake, and there is another that doesn't allow any grass intake. I'd like to not have her eat at all.
She will be getting plenty of food inside when they are not out.
Any suggestions would be nice.
Thanks

I took my elderly dog in today .We ran blood work and I will not have results for three days.He woke up stagering and drooling and hes head is stuck at a tilt I know that it sounds like a stroke but the vet said that its not .We are suspecting the possibility of him having vesitibular syndrom or a seizure from a tumor .The more I look at him and I read on it the more it looks like vestibular syndrome .My question is Is there anyone that has experienced this before and if so was there excessive drooling as symptoms .My dog is not drooling alot anymore but he was alot this morning.Anyone out there ever had this with there elderly dog?

Can it be a trauma from years before? The horse had its teeth checked regulary and has never shown any signs of discomfort in its mouth before. Is it possible that this could happen? All the insisors on the top except one is missing

Do guppys breed with other fish in the tank as well as them?whats the diffrence between fancy guppys and feeder guppys? Should you have floating vegitation at the top of the tank or large rocks at the bottom for the babies to hide in? or should I consider a breeding container?

She is 2 and I don't wan't to get her declawed for the simple reason I have other pets and want her to be able to defend her self. I have a cardboard catnip scracthing thing that just lies on the floor but her only interest in that is to roll on it and smell the catnip she has no interest in scratching that she only wants to scratch ALL the door frames in the house. Any help would be nice she is tearing up my doorways!!!

I feel like she snoozes too much, more because I don't have a ton of time to play with her, but I want to make sure there's not something else going on that makes her nap so much! She will rest or take short naps that add up to around 5-7 hours during a typical day, but she's always energetic when I suggest a walk, and she gets really excited throwing a ball. Just wanted to make sure I'm giving her enough exercise to be happy and that she's not bored to death at night in her crate because she wasn't active enough in the daytime. Thanks!
