It sounds like an allergic reaction to something.. You need to do a little sleuthing to discover what she is allergic to..New capet cleaner? grass seeds? upholstery cleaner? Swiffer wet mop?
different floor wax? change in dog food? Room deoderizer?
Anyway, an aloe cream or emu oil will make her feet feel better and promote healing..

Go to the pharmacy and get a tube of hydrocortisone cream and some Benadryl;also a bottle of fish oil capsules(1000 mg.)Massage a small amount of the cream into the dog's pads twice a day,and give the dog Benadryl 2 - 4mg. per kilogram of weight, for a Lab, I would give two 25 mg. capsules twice a day and the fish oil twice a day, also.Don't let the dog lick it's paws until the cream is dry on it's paws. This should help.If things don't look better in 3-5 days ,then I would definitely call a vet.Good luck and hope the poor dog feels better.

This all depends on if they are infected or not. It sounds like an allergy to me. It could be something in the food that you are feeding, something in the environment, the grass, or fleas.
If it is infected you will have to put her on an antibiotic. If its not then you will have to figure out what is causing this. The best way to do this is to take the dog to the vet and have an allergy test run. ( usually $250.00 - $350.00 American, depending on the vet. I have a dog that is allergic to just about everything under the sun. I had to rip out all the grass in the 3/4 acre fenced in area where she runs, and plant something that she wasn't allergic to. If you get the allergy tests done by your vet they will give you a list of all the foods, grasses, molds, trees, and fungi that your dog is allergic to. Good luck.

I'd take him to a vet for a proper diagnosis.
If you treat the wrong cause, you might end up making it worse.
