a friend of mine is giving away her pit bull she's about 12 months spayed (female) and has all her shots.. i have two daughters age 2 and 9. the pit isnt aggressive at all...should i get the dog or not..

People keep giving me cats. I can't have them in the house because when they are, I can't breath and my face itches. I know I should have said no and I know I should give them back, but I can't. The animal shelter isn't taking cats because they have too many, and winter is coming. How can I find homes for these cats? I feel like such a horrible person. There are three of them.

I need some advice on my lovebirds please.
I have two lovebirds who are 10 months old now and they haven't laid any eggs yet. should they have by now??

The paper at the bottom of the cage has been shredded and put into a pile is this a sign that they are ready to breed? Should I clean the cage out and remove the paper they have shredded?

Please help im new to the lovebird buisness thank you x x

Many times I have seen my kitties dump their food onto the floor, and eat it there with great gusto.

I will come home from work and find more food on the floor than in the cat food bowls:)

My 2 year old labrador retriever mixed with a boxer is acting really not like her. Her tail never wags, she always acts scared, and even my praise doesn't seem to cheer her up. Should I take her to the vet? I took off her shocker collar in case it was shocking her but when I put it close to my ear there was no beeping. I asked my brother if he had hit her for whatever reason and he said no. The only time she acts like this is when my dad hits her, but it never stays for two days! My question is, what is wrong with her and how can I fix it?

my little maltese x shih tzu is very smelly now. also, if she always play with newspaper, what should i do? as i stay in an apartment, i put newspaper for her to do her business, but she often pay with the newspaper and bring it all over the house...
