Why not buy one of those stands that you can put your cat's food dish in, adjust it to her height then she wont need to sit while eating her dinner, problem solved - Cat satisfied and toosh not subject to cold tiled floor.

Give your cat a nice towel (something like that) so your cat can sit on, but I do not think your cat minds the cold floor.

Place the food dish on a towel or long cloth. This way the cat can sit on the towel or cloth while eating. (this also helps keep the floor clean from any spilled or dropped food)

You obviously spoil that cat. Try your local carpet shop and ask whether they have any old samples. You should be able to pick up a nice cat-sized carpet with neatly bound edges.

Put a mat down. Put the food in a warmer part of the house.

perhaps get like a cheap towel or blanket and put it on the floor :o)
my cat has a big butt, but he sleeps in a box with a warm blanket :)

Get him mat to sit on while he eats.
I feed mine up on a cat tower to keep their food away from the dogs
