The mudskipper. This frog-eyed fish—which lives in coastal mangrove swamps of the Indian and Pacific Oceans—can survive on land when the tide goes out. While on land, mudskippers use their fins to move—in fact, some of the larger species can “skip” over the mud faster than you can walk! If necessary, mudskippers can also climb up the roots of mangrove trees.

I don't know of a fish that can do this, but how about a frog?

Grey Tree frogs are born just like any other frog, as tad poles and are restricted to water for the first part of their lives. If they make it to adult hood, they move to land, and spend most of their time up in trees.

Walking catfish can probably do all of the above, but the tree climbing is kind of far fetched. Not impossible though depending on the shape of the tree.
