my crab lost his shell to another crab (a smaller one) also lost a leg and part of another. His eyes were pretty badly damaged along with his feelers. pretty much his whole face area. he also has pinch marks on his soft back area, he will not go to any shells. He is still alive, and eating. Is he in pain? How can I help?

my 4 year old dog is so weird, he has his own little bowls for his water and food, and he HATES using them, we have to throw the food on the floor for him to eat it, and he dances around tryin to drink his water from his bowl....im guessing hes afraid of em.....im not real sure wut to do....lol if u can give ne suggestions, that would be great! x333 thanx!

What I would like to ask is, When the kitten is old enough to go into heat and all that, how would I seperate the two cats if I don't want them to mate right away? And I wouldn't want her to have kittens that early, but they live together! Ugh!!

im going to take her to the vet, but in the meantime id like some advice. shes a dauchond,her breathing is shallow, and she seems very distant. she seems tired. her gums are still pink and she seems okay, but do you have any home treatment to reccomend?

My cat has diherea and is puking. Her stool is runny, with mucus and blood. She can't seems to make it to the bathroom, so to save myself some cleaning I have locked her in a room with water that I can clean easily. Anyone have any ideas on what could cause this and anything I can do to make her feel better? She is an older cat, so I can't rule out something wrong with her liver. Anyone have this problem?

I bought a dog for 1000$
After having her I realize I am allergic to her, its quite bad, I love her but do i try and take allergy pills for the rest of my life?

they're the GREATEST in my opinon!!!! why do people always want a "specific" breed of cat or dog? all they need to do is adopt a mixed at their local SPCA or animal shelter. these pets truly sometimes turn out to be better than one typical breed! I have 2 cats. my 2 yr. old female is a all black domestic medium hair who I found as a stray when she was only 5 weeks old. she's a mixed breed cat and she's the BEST!! my other cat is a 6 month old greyish brown tabby who I adopted from my SPCA back in July. he's definatly a mixed and he's sooooooooo sweet!! in my experience of owning a purebred dog is them having a health issue. purebred dogs and cats aren't no better than mixed breeds of dogs and cats!! it's just my own opinion and from my own personal experience! what do you think! I just don't really understand why people would pay all that $ for purebreeds when mixed breeds are "mostly" better in the long run.

Tank is a very little pitbull he is about 45lbs and 8months old..He does really well with our cats, chickens, ducks and everything else but when he plays with the other dogs he bites them so hard that they just don't wanna have anything to do with him! What can I do or at least try to do to teach him to be more gentle?
