Baby corns can be fed every 5-7 days when young. each snake is different but for the most part alot of snakes do not eat during the latter part of a shed cycle. Usually from when the eyes are blue (Ecdysis) on! Go ahead and wait till the snake has shed than wait at least 48 hrs (giving the new skin time to adust) and than go ahead and feed it. It should be plenty hungry by than. Also make sure you refrain fro trying to hold it when the eyes are blued over cause they are pretty blind at this point and may snap at you out of fear. If you are feeding the Corn at least weekly they should shed at least once a month. All of my babys (alot) are different and some are such pigs they eat any time, but it won't hurt them to go without food till shed is done.

OK, well let your snake be. If it is that young it might not be tame enough for you to do anything with it. The reason why it usually doesn't feed is because it is now blind. The snake's old skin is too Small but it is still attached to the new skin. When they turn opaque it is because the snake secretes a milky substance to get between the old skin and new skin. The milky substance will also get in the eye cap which causes your snakes blindness. Your snake will be very defensive now which is why it won't eat.

After your snake fully develops the new skin the skin will clear and your snake will shed. Then you can feed it again like regularly.

When it gets bigger it may or may not eat while it sheds. Sometimes with regular handling it will be tame enough for you to handle it while in it's shed and eat as well. My own snakes do that.

It is normal. Talking out of personal experience from owning a few corns, each one handles shedding different. I have a albino male of 2 years that takes food straight through shedding. That is highly unusual though. My silver male of 1 1/2 years goes of food for almost a month. This worried me as well at first but after talking to various experts I was assured that this is more normal than you would think. Normally they stop eating a week or so before the shedding starts and then start eating again within a day after.

Snakes will often not want to eat while in the shed process. This is normal. It wont hurt your snake to skip a week. In the wild they go for a lot longer. Try feeding him again after he's done shedding.

Not unusual. I feed my snake once a month and he usually sheds a week or two after. He is a 1year old ball python. They shed a lot when they are young the best is when it comes off whole.
