No home treatments. Take your dog to the vet immediately. They will likely induce vomiting at first, then run tests.

I'm a veterinary technician and of course, like everyone else I'm going to recommend that you take your dog to a vet immediately. There are many pieces of information missing from your question so, giving advice on a home treatment is impossible. Did you watch the dog eat something? How long have you noticed the lethargy and labored breathing? Is she vomit ting or having diarrhea? Has she been eating and drinking normally? How old is the dog? These are all things that need to be addressed by a vet immediately. My answer to your question is stop waiting for answers from random people and take your pet to an animal hospital right now.
