19 isn't so bad, you should just do what you always do on birthdays. Also ask her what she want to do, and what her plans are, unless she's an animal then you might just want to spend some extra time with her.

Send her packing on a trip to some new part of the country if she's never really left home. A long trip somewhere else will open her eyes.
