I'm trying to redesign my bathroom to squeeze in a shower. But I can find very few dimensions for toilets. In the shop the smallest ones seem to measure about 45cm in width - but how much space should I allow on each side. I don't want to be sitting with a bum cheek on the shower panel wall! (Any recommendations for cheap but modern bathroom furniture also appreciated. I'm in Manchester UK or can buy on web)
Thanks

that has been coming from my laundry room for a while now. Could something not be draining right? Does that floor drain have to do with every day use or is it there incase the washing mashine over flowed or what? Thanks in advance.

i purchased a gas generator during the Oct 13 storm that hit buffalo, NY. However, I need to burild a canopy, as recommended by OSHA and Red Cross so I can use it when it rains or snows. I have to have a five foot clearance all around and I will use it on my wooden back deck.

We are having an argument at work. Which way should you mount a 115 VAC grounded electrical outlet? Should you mount it in the wall with the ground on the top or the bottom?

We have completed all the plumbing and electrics - there is gravity fed water from both hot and cold pipes - but as soon as we connected the shower unit for commmissioning the water pressure drops to a trickle. There is no blockage - tried sucking pipe as recommended by triton as they thought there may be blockage within the unit - but no - the water still at a trickle!

Anything else we can try please!? Or is it a faulty unit?

I've painted two bedrooms already and so frustrated that I couldn't make a clean/crisp line between two different paint colors. I'm painting walls and where walls and ceiling meet. I am spending so much time retouching even if I use blue tape all around. The paint seeps in between the grooves of the textured walls. Please advise. Thanks!
