I would like the pattern to show staves, notes and musical symbols. I have tried Ebay and all sorts of searches on the web, but no luck. None of the major bedding suppliers have such a design.

I've installed grab bars in the bathroom and had to take the bathroom door off it's hinges to accomodate the wheelchair. What else should I be doing to make it easier for her? My mother had a heartattack and stroke in January and now she can only do things while in the wheelchair. We live in a one-story single family home. What more should I do?

I just pulled up some carpet in my house, and the padding underneath it has disintegrated and left some sticky, nasty crap behind on the hardwood floor. Is there an easy way to get this off so that I don't have to spend an entire Saturday night scraping every square inch with a putty knife?

i was told to put carpet up against laminate id have to install an "end cap" a.k.a. "trim molding". the trim is very expsensive $30 per 8 feet and is probably the worst quality material you could ever have to work with. it breaks way too easy and is horrible to try to install.
is it really necessary to use it?
id prefer just to install the carpet right up against the laminate itself. i think it would look better be cheaper and be much less stressful. but is there a logical reason this isnt a good idea?

I want to redo a 1/2 bathroom that I have and I would like to strip the wallpaper. I know there is a chemical you can use but it's not the most ventilated area and I have a small child so I don't want to use that. What are some other ways I can get it down?

So...I've looked in all the obvious places. Around the exterior of the home, inside the home - even in closets. When I bought the house, two home inspectors couldn't find the darn thing!

Now, I've got problems with the leveling the floors and frozen pipes. It would be beneficial to have a crawl space - but a coworker told me that I might not even have one. Have you heard of a home w/o a crawl space? My home is about 100 years old. How will I go about fixing my house problems with no access to a crawl space or basement?

I have a 5 1/2 foot whicker shelf with 5 shelves on it. I have a small house and had it in my room to hold baskets of bathroom products. Now I got rid of all that stuff to make more room. I don't want to get rid of my whicker shelf. I want to utilize it SOMEHOW. I have 4 kids, only 3 bedrooms, all small rooms. Our garage is now the play room. I have a living room and an eating area that's a part of my kitchen. Does anybody out there have any creative suggestions?

It is a girls room she is going to paint it pink and purple...so...2 walls pink/2 purple...how can I do this and not let the colors run together? I know to use that painters tape but how long do I have to let one color dry before applying the tape to it to put the other color on? And then will that tape stop it from bleeding thru?
