the council want to charge me £79 annually for this and i don't agree with this

You usually only need to have it done once in a blue moon and the job can be done for free as you can get grants to cover the costs if you have none now...do a search on the net for information about this as i believe the government play a part in this as part of the saving energy thing

hi if you earn less than £15000 thousand a year between you and your partner then you can apply for a warm front grant of £2000 by the goverment. They come and fit it free and they do your walls aswell.

do it yourself. its easy buy the stuff and roll it out across your loft or get someone to do it who will charge you £200 +materials
