i'm being paid to organize my boss's closet and he has alot of clothing, what is the best way of organizing it? i have a walk in closet and a budoir to fill.

we live in an old house. The walls have been painted so many times it is peeling off the walls. They are currently painted red and need to be painted white again. But I first have to get all this peeling paint off first before I can repaint. So whats the easiest way to remove it? Currently I am heating it up with hair dryer and pulling it off.

The walls are uneven, I have spackled and primed. What colors would you suggest? Has anyone tried painting with joint compound. I like warm colors in the butterscotch/goldish family. What paints or effects and tools should I use?

I have a small kitchen and counter space is not existant with all my new appliances. Some of my counter space is used by a spice rack and some containers for flour & sugar, so I am searching for a wall mount solution for these. I have about a 36"Wx12"H space above my sink that would be perfect for a spice rack. I am thinking of the Zervo magnetic one, but I would like something that might hold some jars or even knives. Any suggestions for products or other ideas?

just bought a home that has great potential. several rooms are paneled all around. can you just paint over it? one wall has a fireplace on it and that is the one I would like to paint. it would really open up the room and I don't have alot of money to spend. HELP!

The previous owners of my house re-hung drywall in the ceiling in my living room, and when I look at it from an angle, can see dimples where the screws were put in at the drwall joints. Should I sand ths down and then use spackle, or is there a professional way to repair this?

My wife and I want to paint the interior of our house. We want to add some color, specifically to the master bedroom (with bathroom in a complimentary shade) and home office. Also, the entranceway and foyer is a putrid shade of light green that has to go! If you do make a suggestion, please be specific to the exact color and where we can get it. We do have a Home Depot and Menard's nearby as well as local paintstores where we can buy Benjamin Moore or other paint brands. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
