Begin with separating men's stuff from women's stuff. First, you should sort the clothing by type of clothing. Long sleeve shirts together, pants together, suits together, etc. Then sort those by season. Once you have done that, sort by color....
You can do it...!

Well I don't know what a Budoir is however. I would first get all my clothes types seperated. then I would organize those by color. I usually use to Rainbow Colors for my guide. ROY G BIV
Reds. Oranges Yellows Greens Blues Indigo's Violets Black Gray and Whites. Dress clothes seperate from every day clothes seperate from casual dressy etc..... But then again it don't seem to stay that way long. All my pants are usually seperated too. And Skirts. Or if you have full outfits them all together. But whatever you like

well this might be a little hard, but try this, first category of course so everything won't be mis-match. Then do it by colors. For example, you have all sorts of tanks and tees, you have two categories right, well then section it off by colors. Blues, blacks, reds violets etc. So it'll be more simple for you overall. Hope this helps!

my personal opinion is by types of clothing.
slacks together, oxford shirts together....I've just always kind of thought organizing by color was dumb...unless you're colorblind and it helps you to be able to match your clothes....

You can do both. Color code the pants, then jackets, sweaters, and shirts.
