the room is 20 by 30. There is plywood there. I want to rent it out, so I'm looking for the least inexpensive way, either adding carpeting or what I heard they sell as "fake wood" any ideas?

My wife is starting a decorating/staging business. She wants to name the business something like "Here to There" but that name is already taken in our area by another business.....the name needs to be something related to people moving from one place to another. Any ideas?

I'm looking for "mini-Wind Chimes" to give as my wedding favors.
They are probably about 5 inches long...Metal, steel. Does any body know where I can order them online? I feel like every site I visit doesn't have them. Thanks! Any other suggestions for wedding favors are welcome!

Have major nicotine stains on the wall, and want to paint over it. I would like to know can I paint directly over it with a primer or is it best to clean the walls first?

If I use a primer, should it be oil or water based?
Thanks
Matt

I'm thinking about redoing my basement, like cleaning it up and stuff. But water comes down there sometimes when it rains. All I really want in there is a couch, some furniture, & a tv. What could I do to redo it for cheap, and make it so no water would get in.

First, you guys are the best. Everyone is really quick and helpful. Do primers just come in white. Somebody mentioned beige. And is "Kilz" a brand name like "Dutch Boy". Again, not the brightest bulb.
