I just moved into a 2nd floor apartment, and the lady under me smokes alot! Now my apartment is starting to smell really bad.
What can I do? We're all allowed to smoke in our own apartment, so I can't complain to the Landlords.
Any tips would awesome!

I have a non-stick griddle that has Pam buildup on it and nothing has worked to get it off without scratching the pan. I would really like to know if I can use Easy-off cleaner on it without damaging the teflon and making it peel. Any advice will be appreciated.

They are tiny pale brown flying insects, about the size of my thumbnail, give or take. I see them flying in here at various times. There's just a few right now. Are they likely to eat my clothing, or are there a specific kind that eat clothes? I would like to know before I go to the store and buy a bunch of moth products. I think they came from my parents' house when I was going through my mother's things to bring items back. Before that, I remember hearing that they came in a grocery bag, but that house is in the woods, so these insects could have found a crack and just bred like crazy. But there were lots of these things there, almost the color of paper bags.
How well do the cedar and lavendar items work? Any other nontoxic methods that I can get in a store?

My mom has a problem. She buys things by the dozen and as a result I have lots of towels, sheets, blankets, and comforters. They are all clean, but worn and a few have small tears or holes. Most people I know just use the towels and sheets as rags, but I have a truck full of this stuff. What can I do with it?

ok this may sound a little dumb but i am moving into a new apartment that has no washer and dryer (its a sacrifice so that i can keep my two dogs) but has laundry facilities on site. however i am a full-time student and i also work fulltime. the precious "spare time" that i do have i dont want to use sitting at the laundromat, there is a place in town that will wash, dry, fold/hang up my clothing for $1.25/lb. so i was trying to figure out on avg how many lbs. of laundry people have a week. (2 people live in the apartment)

I've already tried Oxi-Clean and that didn't work. Any suggestions? I don't want to use bleach because that will fade the writing on the t-shirts.

Gasoline was spilled in a closed garage which we were storing a couch. The couch is now being used by my brother in his apartment and the smell of the gasoline is overwhelming. I don't think any gas actually got onto the couch, just the smell. Any ideas on how to remove it? Fabreeze didn't do the trick.

Just wondering because I find matching socks is a pain when almost all the socks in the basket look alike, also loosing socks and having to throw them out.

I need to find good cleaning products that are unscented and natural. Chemical and perfume smells bother and aggravate my son's asthma.
