Try a local health foods store. Do you have Whole Foods? Ecover is a good brand, reasonably priced and effective. Try http://www.ecover.com/us/en/ and call for a store near you. Or, order online http://www.ecover.com/us/en/WhereToBuy/
Good luck!

Oh, that's icky!
I've never tried it, but I've heard Simply Green is a good cleaner. Also, you could get a supply of spray bottles, such as what you use to mist plants. You can fill one with diluted vinegar: That's great for cleaning glass, and works well on mineral deposits if you can soak the effected item in it. Another you can use for alcohol- maybe diluted so it will last a bit longer. And I've found Baking Soda is great for deodorizing and scrubbing.
I use a spray bottle for diluted Lysol too, but you might not want to use that with your son's sensitivity.
There are herbal preparations that you can make for cleaning too. There should be recipes out on the web for them.
Good luck!

Odd suggestion here.. but I got natural unscented carpet cleaning supplies from my pet store.. I had a dog that was really stubborn about getting housetrained.. I dont see why it couldn't be used for any other cleaning application.. probably wouldn't work on windows, but I have never tried.

You probably have this item already in your house. Plain white vinegar can be used for many things. it can be used as a fabric softner and it will also remove the lint from your landry, you can also use it to clean your mirrors and windows and dishes in the dish washer you can also use it as a deoterizer just mix it in a spray bottle with some water and lemon juice. there are many oganic cleaning products you can make yourself at home with what you already have. you need to check out the book Queen of Clean by Linda Cobb. it has many of these in there.

Try a health food store/market. Here in California, we have a chain called trader Joe's that sells lots of organic home stuff. I think you could also try your local target or whole foods. I think target sells the method brand of products.
