You can use a lint brush or roller, soft brush like a blush brush, shake it off, toss it in the dryer, vacuum it off, wrap tape around your hand and pat it off or hit it with a blow dryer.

After ironing? Are you sure it is dust? Is it possible there was something on the bottom of the iron that lightly burned on to the surface of the suit?
If so, turn the item inside out and iron on the wrong side, this should help loosen it , and should brush right off.

My wife uses a lint roller. I have no idea where she buys them at. You can also wrap double sided tape arond your hand and blot the suit.
