Go back and have a look at the manufacturer's instructions. I have a tendency to get a new 'toy' and think I know how to run it. Nope, gotta go read the instructions again, LOL.
Check that you are not using hot water, as this will not only fade your clothes it really 'mucks' up synthetics and will shrink, put out of shape and crease them to the point you have to throw them away. Do you use fabric softener? This in the final rinse helps to keep wrinkling/creasing to a minimum. And don't leave the wash sitting in the machine for any length of time.
Oh, another thing that happened to me was cold hose fitted to hot water tap and hot to cold. So do a double check of everything. If you are still not happy, contact manufacturer and let them know. They should arrange for someone to come and check it out and under warranty if the machine is not operating within the realm for which you purchased it you are entitled to a full refund.
Good luck, nothing worse than getting a new 'toy' and it just ain't workin' right. Grrrrrrrrrr!

I know what a problem..So try this use the Permanent press cycle on your wash machine and remove right away when the cycle is done Shake the wet clothes too before hanging or putting them in the dryer..this should help with the creases. I had a new washing machine awhile too and had to learn what cycles were best for what.

I think you are probably putting too much in the drum. The clothes need to be able to move around to prevent creasing. Also are u using enough fabric softner? And when u put the clothes on the line do u straighten them out as much as u can?
Hope this helps.

I actual have accomplished this earlier in spite of the undeniable fact that it relies upon on what you try to bathe. If it form of feels relatively gentle and would desire to be relatively ruined then you definately're safer handy wash yet in any different case the gentle cycle regularly does an extremely advantageous activity of hand washing your outfits.

Lot´s off washing machine´s have different level´s off spinning , Check your manual again. Also check the label´s on the clothes. some only need a short spin,

don't over fill the machine and if you can use a lower spin speed.

or perhaps it is just a high spin speed machine.

the higher the spin speed the more gravity when in spin mode, hence more creases.

also try to ensure you take the clothes out as soon as it is finished and not leave it in too long as this will just make it worse.

Wash colored clothes in cold water and don't pack the dryer. Hang up the clothes immediately.

If the clothes come out wrinkled in the dryer, put them back in with a wet rag to tumble dry.

I always thought that you had to tumble dry them before you ironed them ! : )

Anyhoo, try washing them at a lower temperature, or try not to pack so much in.
