FYI, "waiting it out" is NOT an option--it's in a room w/ no windows.
I know the easy answer is, "open the wall and remove it." But HOW..? I am having difficulty finding a pro to do such a little job, and if I ask my landlords, I want to give them specific directions (so they can't spew excuses about it being too difficult or not knowing how). Thanks!

I have a basement apartment, and little woodland creatures keep jumping into our porch and being unable to get out, because it's underground. I'm wondering if there's anything I could plant in my flowerbed that would deter these creatures from leaping into the porch in the first place.

I live in the northern Great Lakes region, and I am looking for a type of flower or groundcover that would work well for two areas against my house. One is in morning and midday light, and afternoon shade, the other is in full shade. Both areas are about 2' by 10'. I want something that will fill the area, and be decorative but won't grow out of control. Thanks.

We had some large limbs cut off our huge tree last fall (we live in Michigan) and now with the warm weather they are dripping water. They have been doing so for about 5 days now. Is this harmful to the tree? Will it stop on its own? Is there anything we can do? Thanks for any help

I have a standard 1 light, 2 switch set up. I want to wire in a second light to the circuit. I have 14-2 wire run from the second light to the switch, and have tried a couple different ways of wiring it in, but the second light will not turn on. I have a white, a black, and a red carrier wire. How do I add a white, and a black wire into the back of my 3 way switch???

I have a loft that overlooks my living room, therefore a wall that goes all the way up to the 2nd floor ceiling. What do I do with this wall? It's so boring!

Using a standard washing machine. I'm thinking I'll wash them in cold, then hang upside down from the cuffs. Will I ruin the pants? Thanks!

alright, this is what i am trying to do. i am wanting to give somebody a gift in a small flower pot with just one, pretty flower . i need a flower that, one, is very pretty, can grow in a small pot, can grow inside (with a decent amount of sunlight) and will live for a fairly long time given its taken care of properly.
what i want is, when i give the gift, for the plant to just be a small sprout and over the next about 2 weeks to grow a decent amount into the flower.

if anybody even understands what im talking about give me a hand. somebody who knows a thing or two about flowers.

I live in deep South Texas and have been interested in planting a small tomato garden. I will probably be planting them in mostly shaded areas. What tomato varieties are in my best interest to plant and what conditions do they require?
