rain X works good on cars because of the wind. it wipes it right away but, on home windows, it has to be windy for it to really work!

I have used it for over 8 years on all of my cars, I was driving in a rain storm one night, very bad one, and both of my wiper arms came right off my car, I could not see, I pulled into a gas station and got rainx and applied it and I could drive home with the aid of the RainX, I will not go without it now. It saved me and my baby's life that night, otherwise I would have never gotten home.

it works wonderful... but if you use it 1 time... you have to continue to use it because if puts a permant film on your window that not even the dealership or anyone else you can take it to can fix. after the rainX wears off - the film it leaves makes it really hard to see when it rains so you are forced to keep reapplying.... 4ever.
