I was in a rush and instead of ironing a new shirt I threw it in the dryer to get the wrinkles out. Problem is, I also threw in a dryer sheet and now my shirt has greasy stains all over it. A friend of mine said this also happened to her and she tried everything without ever being able to remove the stain. Any tips? (BTW, I am now a former dryer-sheet user! I am making the switch to dryer balls!)

I have the plants that grow long and you can hang them and the leaves will hang down. The top part is growing in nice and green but the hanging leaves are turning yellow how do i get them to turn back green?

Hey!

I am going to see some friends and family, I would lilke to bring them each gift bags filled with goodies specifically from my state, I would also like to make them a quilted runner.

If you were to get this gift. Would you prefer a runner for your table or a square for the center of your table? Which shape?

I received a quilt runner from a friend for Christmas and I loved it, I am not a crafty or country style either...this quilt is very cute (dependent on the fabric-ofcourse), and I thought I would make it for my friends too.

I have sweaty feet, and now the leather footbed of my expensive sandals (Wolky) -- $140 for crying out loud -- reeks. I've tried soap and water, rubbing alcohol, even the enzyme cleaner I use to clean my dog's accidents. What to do about this annual sandal problem?? Is there ANYTHING that can get rid of that smell? I don't want to throw away pair after pair of expensive sandals!!

okay my tulips bloomed once...i planted the bulbs about ...a month or so ago, and now it looks like they are dying since they bloomed. anyone know if this is normal?
side note, all the petals have fallen off after they bloomed stems are like a yellowish brown color...

The ladybugs inside my home are in the thousands daily. My house is an A-frame house with glass fronting the east. Each year the ladybug infestation has gotten worse, possibly due to the unseasonbly warmer winters here in the mountains of West Virginia. I would like some help in knowing how to control these insects. PLEASE HELP! There must be some way of controling them.

THEY ARE OVERTAKING MY FLOWERBEDS!!!! I have plucked, pulled and yanked them out year after year. I have also put a weed sheet and mulch over them. They're becomming the flower from He**. the flowers are pretty in the Spring at first but, the leaves continue to grow through the summer,through the weed sheet and the bulbs continue to multiply!!! what can I do to detour the growth?

I recently moved into an old apartment that has gaps in the shelves of the kitchen cabinets. I found a couple of bugs (eww!) and I think if I can seal the gaps it might help keep them out.

We just had our floor tiled but an awesome guy who speaks mediocre english. As a result, we know he wants us to "wait" before we walk on it, but was unclear on how many days to wait. It was a storybook house in Texas replete with crooked walls and tilted windows, funky fireplaces and wierd doors. It was custom built to look like something out of a fairytale. I would love to know who built it for them and how much something like that would cost. Anyone know anything?
