I saw an article about the coolest house and I don't know who built it.?

It was a storybook house in Texas replete with crooked walls and tilted windows, funky fireplaces and wierd doors. It was custom built to look like something out of a fairytale. I would love to know who built it for them and how much something like that would cost. Anyone know anything?
