ask every builder what they do for follow up, many builders do not know your name after the closing, the good builders will offer you follow ups at 30 days after closing and adress any concerns you may have missed at the walk through, they should also offer a 1 year follow up where they come in and fix all the first year settling issues and any other structural orworkmanship concerns,I am a sub contractor in the luxury home market and all the builders I do work for offer this type of follow up.
