I have a lot of ants, centipedes and spiders. I want to kill as many as possible, but not hurt my dog. Any suggestions?

borax is a good thing to use that is pet safe. there is enough borax in the laundry detergent 20 Mule Team if you can find it. I usually use it by spreading it around the base of my house to keep the insects out.

Other insecticides will tell you on the label if it is pet safe. Insecticides that you mix and spray on will tell you how to mix it so it won't hurt your pets.

There is no all around bug killer than won't effect your yard and/or kids and dogs. You run a risk everytime you put down poisons. You might try ant traps for the ants. This always worked for me. The dog wont fool with them and the traps will kill the ants. You can also put boric acid down in the yard. Boric acid tends to repel ants, roaches and fleas. Centipedes and spiders eat other insects so it not such a good idea to get rid of them.
