How much does it cost to have a 400 Square Foot Patio done in stamped concrete?

What is the cost per square foot for stamped concrete, including labor?

I went to the Sakrete site (owned by Bonsal) who referred me to a web page regarding concrete that you mix yourself, in 80-lb bags; you need about 220 bags (figure 20 x 20 x .33, or 4", the typical thickness of a slab). I think concrete is around $4 a bag. But I think you could get it done for the same price, around $1000, since the concrete is done in large batches and not retail bags. PLUS, they would properly bed the concrete; if you didn't, it could crack. And who wants to haul 220 bags of concrete--or 17,600 pounds???
