I do not know your style, but if you like wrought iron there are numerous items out now in a large variety of styles and sizes. I have a large wall, but it is only twelve feet. I have a collection or crosses in a large diamond shape. They range from black to medium brown. It took me a while to decide the shape I wanted. Good Luck

You could paint it with vines and flowers or any scene that is in keeping with your decor or lifestyle.
You could also mosaic vines and flowers (or whatever) on the wall if you wanted a more textural effect.
A large wall is a great place to hang quilts, or you could use lights and plants to create a 'shadow effect' up the wall.

I would hang a large tapestry that you really love & then put some complimenting candle sconces on both the left & right of it. That would look very sharp - and be a great focal point. Something to talk about when guests come over too.

Put a bunch of posters of your favorite things on the wall to create a huge collage.

Over sized landscape picture set (min 3 pcs).
appealing enough to create a decor but not so overwhelming it draws the eye upward.
A good muted art deco design (not picture) would work too.
NO Photos. Stay away from mirrors- they just create more space.

could be great to have banners hanging down, these could be paper or fabric
could create swathes and swags of ropes, lines, threads, etc, like huge knitting
you could play lights onto it, ever-changing shape and colour
get a huge flag or other display items, huge letter of the alphabet or other ex-advertising material, could be a film poster from a billboard (have to ask around)
wrap some objects in fine, richly coloured muslin and display them like mystery objects or presents, especially intriguing if they are human-shaped or animal shaped, or like big hands or feet
