Uh....count me out on that one. I mean, honestly, what could be more of a waste of money than the absurd amount florists request for a bunch of weeds? I'd rather my bf spend the money on a nice dinner or something more original than the ever so cliche "flowers and candy." I think he appreciates that too. Furthermore, what do flowers signify? A short lived life? How do flowers represent a relationship? They die almost instantaneously. What does that say about the relationship? I'll tell you what that says...it says the boy is unoriginal, dumb, and doesn't see a future for the two of 'em. Okay, maybe I'm stretching a bit, but flowers suck. That was my point. I'm done now.

They are Prettyful. Smell Nice. And Flowers Symbolize Love And Caring. And Nurturing. Ahhhhh. =)

People like flowers for several reasons:
1. They smell good
2. They are pretty
3. They can be a challenge to grow... my husband grows orchids as a hobby. It requires the right amount of light and water to get them to bloom.

well i like getting my girl flowers when i can , living near a grave yard this is pretty easy thing to do , i just wait until about 2 in the morning . she wakes up to all kind of flowers , and she is like wow you do love me don't ya

I like to recieve them because it shows that someone went out of there way to make me feel like a princess.
I am possibly impressed to easily... but, I gotta say.. Even if a man brought me field flowers or even a dandilion for crying out loud.. It shows he would be willing and liking to make me smile. That is priceless..
