We have started doing the garden up and have noticed how bad the condition of the fence is. We moved here 1 yr ago and it had lots of trees in front which we have cut down.
One of the panels has come apart , we have fixed ot temporarily so the dog doesnt get out!
It is the fence at the bottom of our garden, which has a house directly behind with the right hand side of the house as you would look at it from the front beside the fence. We dont know who is owner unless we go yo solicitors to get deeds.Anyone know if this would be ours or there fence???

I'm looking at gas ranges, 48" models (dual oven & 6 burner + griddle) on top. We've been looking at dsc, wolf, viking, thermador, etc..

Personal experience would be best.

I bought a home on bad advice, the roof needs to be replaced, there is a room in the back that has no insulation and I have found vermin in the walls. I was able to kill the rodents and bugs and clean up but now there is drywall to replace and I can't aford any of it, is there some way to get help? On top of all this I am a student, have two children, and the problems with the house have made the gas and electric bill go up to $400 a month which I totally can't afford. I am so in need of guidance. Thanks.

Hi, I am 56, OK health, and I want to put up some kind of fence that is least expensive, keeps my dogs in, and possible I can do myself. I'm thinking of a white picket fence just tall enough they can't jump over it. I have watched guys dig fence holes many times and put in post, cross bars and nail on pickets etc. so I guess if I have some do the posts (hard part) I can nail on and paint ??? I will be able to watch them from inside, so I don't worry about them being stolen, they will only be out while I can watch, but they love to see people, they are Shihtzus. I will take any wise decisions and considerations. I don't have money to pay to have it all done. Stupid fixed income :) But glad to have what I have :)

These types of fittings are more commonly used to build hand rails and shelf racks. For these kind you just slip a pipe in and tighten a bolt. I need a smaller version for 3/4" rod. I would like to bolt this bracket down to a table and clamp rod into it. For my application I need to raise off the table about 12 inches and then clamp an elbow to clamp a 3/4" shaft out at a 90 degree angle.

My teenage daughter tried to do me a favor yesterday by washing the dishes in the dishwasher. Only problem is she put Dawn in the dispensing cup! After cleaning up the mounds of soap bubbles off my (ruined) hardwood floor, I have no idea how to dissolve what might be left over in the dishwasher so I can run it safely. Any ideas??
