What would be the best vegatables and fruits to sell to small grocery stores and restaruants and stands?

I want to sell this in panama city florida and the beach areas of that area

Bell peppers. My husband was a quality control inspector of produce for quite a few years for a large grocery chain. They regularly sold them at a loss. Apparently expensive item to get from farmers. hope this helps.
