We are remodeling our kitchen and looking for a good place to find semi-pro (dacor, wolf, etc.) ranges/fridge. Any recommendations on where to go for the largest selection & best pricing ?

I don't know about your area but I can advise to go to the brands websites that you are thinking of most have a page to find where to find local retail outlets and try to find a place thats got the most brands you were looking for and you can then check prices online for many of them.
Personally I would avoid a home improvement store foe appliances my cousin works at a place that fixes the briken machines and the repaired ones usually go to the home improvement places and after helping a neighbor install several appliances form a home improvement store all which came with some sort of damage and I'm talking about bent frames broken feet kind of damage I would definately steer away from those places.
