We want to install a dishwasher in a kitchen with 2 outhouses and a larder area. The options we have are limited due to the space but we are considering either putting it in either the larder (which has no water supply) or on top of the washing machine (do not know if this is possible). Please let us know if you have any advice on this as we are first time buyers and have never had to do anything like this before.
Thanks

I have this second-hand CHI straightening iron from a friend of mine. It works great, it's just that one of the plates hangs off on one end. It's not really a problem except I'm afraid that one day it will completely come off and will be totally useless to me. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might be able to repair it in the least expensive way possible? I think super glue is out of the question because my friend has assured me she has tried it and it wont work since the heat melts it. Help?

I went to the Super WalMart the other day & they only had 3 types of seed left. The stand was 99% empty.

I know Target had Verbena but wanted $2.29 for the packet. Which is high. U would think Verbena being an Arizona Native, it wouldnt b so expensive.

So since my 2 favorite places have been wiped out at the Bell & Grand area, Im on the hunt for Verbenas, Lemon Mint & a bunch of others. As well as a few different Ornamental Grass seeds.

Or if U dont live in Az, where I could find some good prices on seed? I think anything over $1.79 is high but Im open to all suggestions now. Thanks.

I want to use something that isn't that toxic, but does the job. Dishsoap and elbow grease didn't cut it. It is baked on.

I'm checking receptacles with a tester and I get the codes for open ground and open neutral on two receptacles. What do these mean, and how are these corrected?

In my older house, I'm checking the receptacles with an electric tester and I've found that several of them have the hot and neutral wires reversed. These are receptacles that my refrigerator, computer, and washer/dryer are plugged into. I'm planning on correcting the wiring, but how serious is this, and what could happen from these reversed receptacles?
