Sealing new grout?

Just had new tile put on the bathroom floor and wall. Should I seal it?

Yes, you really should seal it, particularly on the floor, it will keep the grout from discoloring and make it easier to clean.

Sometimes the installer will add sealant when he mixes the grout. Seal it after it is fully cured. It will help with the cleaning and look nicer for a longer period.

you must seal it because it will stain and mildew
