Duct tape. Gently rub duct tape over the needles, and it will pull most out. Get the rest with tweezers, and a magnifying glass.

There are lots of very fine, almost microscopic needles that cause the most pain. These can best be taken out with a pairt of tweezers. For the others, you can use a neelde to work them out as some cacti have barbed ends that keep the needles in. Applying warm compresses can help soften the needles.
So sorry.

Take a needle, then find where the thorns broke, insert the tip of the needle beneath the skin but not too deep else blood will comeout. Then gentlely push out the thorns.
