Guess what people Dimmer switches do not work with flourecent light bulbs.

How many of you acutally have a dimmer in your home, restaurants & dance bars use them too. Even sports arenas have dimmers for their lights.

A lot of us have to work under flourecent light, all the time. We went to school under flourecent light. Now were gonna be forced to have bland oppressive flourecent lighting in our homes.

What happened to our right of choice.

How are we gonna have romantic lighting to welcome our significant others "home", -burn candles and risk burning down our homes?

Doing the nasty under flourecent light is gross.

Knocking over a candle while you're in the moment of having a good time with your lovey loved one, is a risk I'd like to avoid.

Better write that California Assemblyman and give him a piece of your mind.

Interior designers depend of Dimmer Switches to for lots of things, being forced to use flourecent lighting will affect their business!!!

I have a baby bouncer with a removable cover which was stored in my garage until I could sell it, foolishly in a plastic bag. I discovered it was covered in mildew. I have tried washing it but the damp spots are still on the material. It is handwash only so what do I do now?

I am laying a decortive piece in our entrance way of the front door. We are using some left over title from the hallway so it will all match. To do that my grout line around the title will be a little more the 1/4 of inch thick. Someone told me that it would crack and would not hold. Is this true? Do I need to go purchase some other kind of title that would fit a little tighter, with less grout?

I was told there was no maintinence for it when I bought my house. But logically, shouldn't I wrap it up in winter to keep snow and fall leaves from getting inside? Are the parts inside stainless steel or will it rust apart?

All at once, for unknown reason, cats have started to hang around my house, yard and garden. I have dogs, but no cats. I like all animals and do not want to hurt any, but these cats have to go' Under foot, always crying and begging and keeping my dogs upset. No-one can tell me how to keep them away without harming them.

the funace coil heats the water via a coil and then is stored in a small tank and then continously heats water as needed . My problem is the water comes out scalding hot for 3 min and then ice cold for about 10 minutes before it heats up again Any idea what the problem could be?

I'm buying a new mattress and box-spring. I was asked if I want a 8.75" or 5.5" box-spring.
I have no idea? From your experience, what difference does 3.25" make? Please advise...

We have had a high electric bill. Does my computer screen jiggling and noise in my headset have anything to do with our electric bill? I have had electricians and heating people out here too, but wanted to know about the voltage. Thanks!

I love roses but I can't plant large bushes around my condo. I need a smaller rose that can be grown in pots if at all possible. My plot gets morning through early afternoon sun. It faces north-east. I live inSaint Louis Missouri, U.S.A. What's some of my options?
