I am painting my room soon. I am thrilled that I have chosen colors! My bathroom is going to be like an apple green. Two walls in my room are going to be a chocolate/coffee bean brown and the other two light purple, like a lavendar or MAYBE lilac. Do you know of any online sites that show paint colors?

Hi
I have a Worcester Highflow 3.5. It is about 13 years old. Yesterday the radiators all went cold. I checked and found that the pump is running and the boiler is also heating the water supply. It flashes up when I run the hot water but it is not heating the radiator system. I have bled all the radiators
Can anyone help ??

I am moving from a 3 bedroom/3 bath (1800 sq ft) house to a 1 bedroom/1 bath (730 sq ft) apartment and I have *waaay* too much furniture I need to get rid of so my new house isn't overly cluttered!

I don't like having garage sales because I hate dealing with heaps of people trying to talk you down 25 cents, I'd much rather sell my belongings on ebay because I feel I'd get better $$ and would have the high bidder come and personally pick up the furniture.. Has anyone had any luck getting rid of their high end furniture on ebay insted of getting nothing for it at a garage sale .. ? Let me know thanks :)

Last night I asked could anyone help me get a hot water heater because mine busted and I have been without water for several days.
I was told that the $1025.00 I get each month disqualifies me because I have to much income, my mortgage company says I don't have enough income. I am still without a hot water heater or water. Also I need some minor work on my garbage disposal and fixtures in the bathroom. I am on disability since 2002. Is there anyone who can help me? I live in Dallas and am in the Dallas phone book. 214-421-9375.

I went here to get fake flowers that look very lifelike. They turned out great. I chose the flowers I wanted, the rocks I wanted in it and everything. Told them, they got it all put together and sent it to me. If anyone is interested in those, please take a look. Once again the website was http://fantasticflowers.tripod.com/ . Tell your friends, this place is great...

I rolled the bottom and then got up on a chair and rolled the top of wall, but you can see where the two sections meet. I didn't wait for it to dry, only long enough to get up on the chair. What do i do to make it less notice \able?

Honey bees made a hive under the lid of my water meter box. The water company workers took the lid off and threw it to the side. I picked up the lid with the hive still attached and moved it to the back of my property in an out of the way place where it would be somewhat protected. Will the bees be okay after the move or will they go back and make another hive in the water meter?

I have tried everything, including placing a Very Large Array of those electric beam dishes around the perimeter, but with no satisfactory results. I thought about assembling a team of professional, high quality effects and script writers together, in theory this should keep him away. Any ideas?

(This question is just for fun of course)

Just trying to dot all/most of my i's before I start tiling my vanity top.
I'm going to use the 3/4" plywood, 1/4" hardy backer-board. Can I screw these two together, and glue it to the vanity top? there doesn't seem to be anything to screw the both to the vanity.
1. should I use thin-set or mastic?
2. should I apply anything to my tumbled marble before I start, and/or before I grout?
3. should I use the pre- grout?
Thanks!

Everytime I watch any home decorating or remodeling show on tv the decorators go after ceiling fans with extreme predjudice. I rarely see them replace a tacky ceiling fan with a more elegant one, despite the fact there are countless styles available. They prefer to just do away with them all together. What's up with this? Why decorators hate ceiling fans so much? What if you really need and prefer the air circulation?

Will the grass really grow in the spring if seeds are sprinkled on top of snow in February? If you've done that before, please share your experience. I'm in Maryland and we still have some snow on the ground (but not for long). Thanks!
