Would Anthea Turner be proud of you, or would you make Kim and Aggie despair?

The names above relate to TV programmes in the UK. If you're from anywhere else, you won't know what I'm on about.

I am by nature, very tidy. I like things in their proper place however, I have found that the same aggressiveness and eagerness that I once had to insist that things were 'right', I have somewhat lost the luster. Now that my only child is away working on her own, I am not such a stickler about doing the dishes everynight. They might set a day or two. I don't run the vacumn every day, I might let it slide for a week. Little things like that are not so important when you live alone - and especially when you work with kids all day long and are dead bone tired when you get home. lol

Tidy by nature, messy by intention.

I decided that it was unhealthy to be too tidy so I intentionally messed up the stuff in my desk at school, that was 40 years ago and I haven't been bothered with keeping anything tidy since. I do sort things out on the weekends/

I'm a germaphobe and a neat freak. Kim and Aggie would be extremely proud of me. I LOVE that show, it makes my house feel even cleaner.
